Policies
Occupancy...All rates are based on double occupancy. Extra persons are an additional $10/person per night. Children 12 and younger $5/child per night. Maximum of five people per room.
Advance Deposit...Deposit equivalent to one night charge by credit card or check will hold reservation of up to 3 night stay. Stays of 4 nights and longer require deposit of one half of total charge. Deposit by check must be received within 7 days from the day reservation was made. Room rates are subject to taxes. Room rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy...Deposit will be refunded only if cancellation notice is received more than 14 days prior to arrival date. With less notice, deposit will only be refunded if room(s) is re-rented for the same dates. There is a $15 handling charge on all cancellations. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. Early departures are considered a cancellation and same policy applies.
Check in after 3:00pm / Check out 11:00am
Late arrivals call for special arrangements.
